How Loyally collects, uses, shares, and protects information, including the strict carve-out for SMS opt-in data required by U.S. mobile carrier regulations.
Loyally LLC, a Virginia limited liability company based in Charlottesville, Virginia (“Loyally,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides a growth and retention system for pet care businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit getloyally.com, book a growth call, or otherwise interact with our website and services (the “Services”), how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect the following categories of information.
The mobile phone number you provide and your consent to receive SMS messages from Loyally are subject to stricter protections than the general categories of data described in this Privacy Policy. This carve-out exists because U.S. mobile carriers and the application-to-person (A2P 10DLC) framework require it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose.
This carve-out applies regardless of any other provision of this Privacy Policy. Where this section conflicts with anything else stated here, this section controls for mobile and SMS opt-in data.
We use service providers (including HighLevel / LeadConnector, Twilio, and your mobile carrier) strictly to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive, handle HELP and STOP keywords, and meet our regulatory obligations. These providers process your number on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.
You can opt out of SMS messages from Loyally at any time:

These include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, audit logging, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
